Job Opportunity with Atlantic

To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Joe Cosmano. I am a current student in the CS program at UCF and am also employed by Atlantic.Net. We are currently seeking two - four people to join our team in Orlando. We are currently hiring for our overnight 12am - 8am and swing 4pm-12am shifts. The pay rate we are offering is between $13 and $15/hour with the often opportunity for additional commission based consulting work. We are hiring for either full or part time. The Employee would provide telephone and face to face support to customers in our data center.

I have worked at Atlantic.Net for over a year and it has been a wonderful experience. I have learned a wealth of information and the team is extremely intelligent and hard working. The pace is fast, so we need people who can learn and adapt quickly. To provide an idea of what we do; we are currently in a 25,000 square foot tier 1 data center (originally owned and built by colo.com). We provide collocation services, dedicated servers, shared web hosting, email, VOIP, connectivity (dialup - MetroE), MPLS networks, and fully managed services. We are on net with Level3, Above.Net, Time Warner, Sprint, Bellsouth, MCI-Verizon, and Brighthouse. Employees would learn how to administer proprietary and open source solutions such as poptop, openswan, asterisk, mysql, ultramonkey, apache, qmail, vsftp, and many more. Employees would also learn how to administrate and implement Cisco switches, routers, and access servers. It would be wonderful if you could spread the word to students who you feel would do well in a fast paced environment. Please have interested parties send resumes to hr@atlantic.net. Please have them indicate that they found out about the job from UCF. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to give me a call. Thank you for taking the time to look at this.
