Business Intelligence Strategist
· Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 3 years of strategic planning (directly or indirect visibility into the strategic planning process).
· Executive presence and confidence.
· Facilitation and collaboration skills.
· Consulting or project experience working with companies to define BI strategies and roadmaps and/or Business Performance Improvement strategies. Includes developing business cases with relevant factors: ROI and TCO.
· Experience defining KPI’s and performance metrics aligned with business strategy and goals.
· Ability to work effectively with data architects and technical leads to develop phased plans for addressing business objectives.
· Experience building requirements for Corporate Performance Management applications to support identified performance metrics.
· Project management experience (planning, scheduling, execution / project recovery).

Data Warehouse Architect / Technical Specialist or Managing Consultant
· Minimum 4 years experience with Oracle & SQL Server, expertise in writing SQL, and experience performance tuning large decision support systems.
· Must be comfortable designing and constructing both relational and multi-dimensional data stores. Experience with Analysis Services, Powerplay, or Essbase required.
· Familiarity with the various DW methodologies and best practices (e.g. Kimball / Inmon).
· Experience preferred in at least one commercial ETL tool (e.g. Ascential, Informatica, AbInitio)
· The ability to deliver a solution in an area (i.e., RDBMS vendor, business area, etc.) you are not already completely familiar with by extrapolating knowledge from areas of existing expertise.

Cognos 8 BI / Senior Consultant
· Minimum 2 years experience with the Cognos BI suite of products; Cognos 8 with Report Studio experience mandatory.
· Must possess a strong desire to work hands on developing data warehousing, reporting and performance management solutions across a range of industries and functional disciplines.
· We require formal training/ certification or project-based experience with more than one of the following products: Analysis Studio, Report Studio, Metrics Studio, Event Studio. Data Manager a plus.
· Experience using Multidimensional Expressions (MDX) desired.
· Experience with financial reporting desired.

Cisco Engineer – (Orlando and Tampa) Multiple needs. This role is an individual contributor position evaluates, implements, maintains, and assists in the design of local-area and wide-area network information systems. The individual will configure and monitor local and remote Cisco equipment including the testing of required IOS revisions and security updates. The individual will also be responsible for VPN setup, VLAN creation, VTP configuration, IP Subnets, and IP Routing and Switching. This individual is expected to work well on cross-functional Information Technology (IT) teams.
Minimum of associate’s degree in computer science, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of WAN-level support of a Cisco environment.
Cisco CCNA certification preferred.
Microsoft MCSE is a plus.
Experience working in a structured systems environment, including formal change management processes and procedures.
Experience with the following technologies:
Cisco 4500 and 6500 series equipment
EIGRP, VLAN’s, IP routing, VOIP, QOS, NAT, VPN’s, T-1, frame relay

Desktop Support/Help Desk Team Lead - This role is for a candidate who is technical, but whom others will escalate issues and who will actively supervise and assign activities.
Strong operating systems experience with Windows NT, 2000 and XP.
Experience configuring, installing and upgrading PCs including, but not necessarily limited to memory, hard drive, installing NIC and data transfer.
Experience configuring and installing network peripheral hardware including, but not necessarily limited to LAN printers, local printers, modems and fax machines.
Experience installing and troubleshooting end user applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio), Web browsers, e-mail applications, etc.
Experience troubleshooting dial-up connection problems.
Day-to-day supervisor of Desktop team activities
Interact with other Managers in the enforcement of required resolution times for Helpdesk tickets

Financial Services PAL
· Principal Level Position
· Good network and experience in the targeted banking segments of Investment/Corporate Banking, Brokerage, and/or High Net worth banking. Note, the candidate may not have all 3 areas – this is ok.
· Ability to create opportunities, close deals and then serve in some capacity on the sold work. The person should be targeting 40-60% utilization while building the client base and additional junior team members.
· A deep understanding of the issues and trends affecting the Financial Services industry (especially in the target segment(s) mentioned above) and the ability to craft thought leadership articles and presentations around those issues and trends
· Should be based in North Carolina and willing to travel as needed on the East Coast and potentially to the Midwest
· An understanding of both the IT and non-IT consulting needs of the targeted segments
· Note the person may be on either a CP type plan or more normal Principal/Sr. Staff plan – TBD based on the specific candidate.
· A strong understanding of the Software/Hardware Applications/Solutions in the targeted segment(s) (as listed above).
· Strong sales and pre-sales support capabilities. The individual will work with both his/her own leads/network and Revere BD reps to find account opportunities

Lawson Functional HR/PR Resource – Consultant with Lawson Functional HR/PR experience. Candidate must have 3+ years of Lawson technical and/or functional experience, with a HR/PR background. Must be open to travel.
· Functional and/or technical experience with Lawson HR/PR 8.x. Experience with 9.x is a plus
· Must have been involved in New Implementations and/or Upgrades
· Will be required to gather functional specifications from the clients and relay that information to the technical teams
· Will be required to assist in the testing of the application as well as post go-live support
· End user training and knowledge transfer experience is also beneficial
· Strong Payroll functional knowledge is a big plus.
· Consulting experience is preferred
